Today, I built a snowman. When I’d finished, I went inside to get a scarf and carrot for the nose. As I came back outside, a snowplough ran it over, and the driver waved at me. FML

My best friend has been fighting leukemia off and on for 9 and a half years. She’s wanted to give up many times, but refuses. Instead, she finds time when she feels well enough to go read to or play with younger kids fighting. Her strength to never give in to something that could kill her GMH.

My older brother (20 years old) picked me up from a dance the other night. In his car were two HUGE barbie toys. I saw the receipt. The total: $456. I asked him who they were for. He told me that they were for a terminally ill girl at the hospital he works at. As he told me her story, I started to cry. His undying thoughtfulness GMH! Thanks Kev.
